Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We want you to love your ScrubMe products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase/order number is required
Due to hygiene reasons, used personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used silicone body products
- Opened personal care items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items.
