Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times within South Africa are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, promotions, holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS where available.

If you have not received your tracking details within a few days of ordering, please contact us.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your purchase.

ScrubMe cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


Delayed or Lost Orders

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays can occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will gladly assist in tracking your parcel.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
